delinquent needs help

i am the rookie when it comes to my car... i have no idea where to start when
it comes to my air filter.... i always thought it was on the front left hand
part of the car, but it looks different when i when to take it apart.... i,
apparently, just need to clean it.....

and once again... another , possibly major, problem...... i first noticed
today, while looking at my car head on from a distance, that my front wheels
were slanted outward at the bottom...i went to go check my tyre pressure and
everything was cool, but then... i turned my wheels and noticed quite a bit of
premature wear on the tyre... this sucks... the tyres are new...

thanks so much for not just wanting to kick my a$s and answering my nieave
questions... every question i've asked has always been delivered to me with a
damn good answer and the problem was fixed asap..
