It's sounds like positive camber. It also sounds like you need an
alignment! I'd also check those pesky tie rod ends and suspension
bushings for wear. The front left hand corner is indeed where your air
filter is, under all those fuel injector lines. It's just a pain to get
at. Get ready to do a lot of swearing! I'd replace your old filter with
a K&N, but with such dusty conditions, I hesitate to suggest it.
Even though I've had experience with both of these problems in your exact
car, please wait around to see if anyone else has anything more useful to
