Your A6QW probably uses a transmission computer, still it should be seperate from the
engine computer. Engine management on some newer vehicles is different if equipped with
an auto trans. Any way, the 5K series would use a mechanical auto trans, and engine
management should be the same regardless of trans type,  so if the holes are all there
for the clutch/brake pedal combination (including the clutch master cylinder) then it
shouldn't be a problem. It will probably be a bit TIME consuming, but technically
feasable.
