Thinking of buying a 4kQ - what to look out for?

Hi Matt,
I have an 86 4kq 196k on it.  For the past year I have averaged 750 miles a
week. 
I find it to be quite reliable.  Problems I've had 
door handles
door latches
sun roof 
power window swithches
window regulator
worn suspenson parts (pay special attention here potential $$$)
the starter ground wire corodes away
electrical system weaknesses light switch and wiring
        the rad fan has no fuse (potential fire hazard)
        the wire harness fort the tail lights breaks by the trunk hinge
        power antena 
Oh yeah and the mother@#$% was an oil leak, that was a total PITA
Thats all I can think of
