Springs for the 4kq

Hey everybody,

	Had my car in this weekend to get a _lifetime_ alignment,
thought the concept was done away with, only to find that my
shaking and shimming and bouncing was caused by strut bearing "broken".
So now I need those and ball joints. I figure that while that is being
done to get new springs and shocks. 

I remember banter about the '84 4kq springs are stiffer while at the
same time don't lower the ride height ?

Will they fit my '86 4kq ? 

And are they still available ?

The strut bearing for the TQC, will it fit the 4kq or the 5kq, all I
remember is that they fit one or the other ?

Should any other upgrades be done while this is being done ?

As far as service goes, The Parts Connection is A+ in service. Before
I was off to school I requested quotes on  the needed parts and TPC
got back to me before I left the house (within about 20 minutes).
