Blau Service

With the recent thread on Blau's service, some good and some bad, I
thought I would chip in my experience. I've emailed them twice on one
day for two seperate items, once for a price on spray-on smoke window
tint (buddy at work considering it for his Ram truck) and second for a
small sample of their faux carbon fibor sticker material.

They responded the same day about the window tint, but I've yet to hear
anything about the sample. As suggested by Huw Powell, I want to take a
look at the product before I shell out the money. Basically, my idea is
to compare the product Blau offers with a product offered by another
company. Well, the other company responded the next day with an email
stating that a sample is in the mail. So far, I've heard naught from
Blau. As can be seen by the header, I've CC'd this post to Blau, I
figure I'll give them a chance. If I don't recieve a sample from them,
then I'll just give the other company my business (if the sample looks
good enough).

I'm not sure what the markup is on this faux carbon fiber, but after
working in retail, both for my father and others, I'm sure they make
some good money off of it. If I like the other company's product and
Blau doesn't send me a sample, the the other company WILL get recognized
by a follow-up post to the QList. If I order some faux carbon fiber,
from either company, I will be sure to comment on service, delivery
time, and all that good stuff.

OK Blau, here's your chance.
