He does. Jim monitors the List.

I myself had the most pleasant experience with Blau. Only once did they send me
a wrong part (a 20v timing belt instead of the 10v) but hey - nobody's perfect.

I would also like to mention IPC (now - The Parts Connection) and GPR. I've
dealt with them countless times and without exception it has always been a most
peasant experience. And yes indeed, consistent with the experience of a few
other Listers, Ron and Dave always recognised me by voice (before I even
introduced myself!) - that's amazing. They offer the most professional and
corteous service that I have ever experienced in the whole mail order business.
