And once you've replaced them, cut your main vacuum supply line (around the bell
housing) and install a transparent plastic Toyota fuel filter in series as an
oil trap. The oil vapour gets sucked into the solenoids and as Mike has pointed
out swells the rubber diaphragms in the solenoids to the point when the
diaphragm seals _both_ the atmo and the vacuum ports.
