Reminds me of getting pulled over about 10 years ago.  I was blasting through a
40 mph zone at about 70, and got stopped.  And ticketed.  As the cop was handing
me my ticket, he noticed my Escort and said, "You need to spend more time paying
attention to your speedo and less time paying attention to your radar detector."
To which I replied:  "Well, actually, I wasn't paying attention to either, and
that's the only reason you got me."  He was not amused.  He showed up for court.
I lost.

Ah well!  To be 18 and cocky again.....
