Cooling Fan

The radiator fan relay can be energized by three sources. The first is
coolant temperature by the switch located in the bottom tank of the radiator.
The second is the A/C head pressure by a switch located on the high pressure
refrigerant line somewhere between the compressor and the TXV ( I think it
is on the receiver/dryer located in front of the radiator but that might be
the compressor cut out.)
The third is the afterrun switch but alas, I don't know where it is located.
It is unlikely to be the cause because if this switch shorts closed, the fan
will run with or without the key on. I believe the secondary of the relay
has 12 volts direct from the battery. I don't have a diagram with me.

Since you have already unplugged the coolant temperature, it must be the A/C
switch unless it is something else. (My, that is deep thinking isn't it?)
