I'm not familar with the North American version of the WR to this extent -
the emission controls changed the fuel injection system somewhat.
However - on the European version (and as far as I know on the North
American version too) there is _NO_ sensor giving fuel pressure to
anything. Thus "shut off when the pressure is up" does not necessarily
represent cause and effect. Perhaps it runs for a few seconds - but I
don't think it's shut off by pressure.

I suspect that Terminal X on the ignition switch is working normally,
and Terminal 15 is welded in the closed position.
