This 3M stuff I got at Kmart is pretty thin, and I don't think it's foam. I think
it's the same stuff they put in with some fog lights so that they can be just
"stuck" on to the newer plastic covered bumpers on most cars. Ah, the good old
days when bumpers were just steel and if you wanted to mount some lights, you just
drilled a hole and bolted them on.
