All 4kq's ('84-'87) have the same final drive ratio of 4.11:1.
The difference has to do with the rear diff itself.
The smaller unit ('85.5 - '87) had smaller output flanges and therefore smaller
inner CV's.
Those smaller CV's are the same size as the front ones. Real useful for 5 bolt
conversions : ).
The '84-'85.5 used the same rear shafts and CV's as the Ur-q.
However there was a small change in the outer CV size on some late '87's.
The change had to do with alignment specs.  In order to provide more adjustment
the ball joint carrier got longer slots and the CV got smaller (but not the
splines).
