Folks, Dwayne is in Ontario. Phil's legal system is closer to what Dwayne
will have to endure on Wednesday than any of the U.S listers..._crown_
attorneys, and I believe he will be facing the Queen (or her
representative) in court. She rarely loses speeding cases.
