Jeff, remember the above was in reference to your post about oil
pressure at cold start in the morning.  Posting the above could confuse
other readers or lead them to think we're nuts (distinct possibility in
my case).  Constant high pressure indicates something is amiss in the
oiling system.

Yes.  Although check the specs for your engine as the pressures you
originally indicated may be SOP for the 4.  As far as oil weights for
temp range, check the owner's manual or an oil manufacturer's
application book at a parts store.
