I found some spade connectors that will work for now. They are a Radio 
Shack item, and are sold as "Fully Insulated Crimp Quick
Disconnects". These things are normal .25 inch spade connectors with a 
soft plastic shell completely encasing them. I have plugged them into
the back of my EuroLight housing plug-in and they are a tight fit, but 
will work ok. Radio Shack is about all there is up here in the
wilderness, so they will have to do for now. They are specified as
appropriate for 10-12 ga. wire.
