Two other notes:

a) In my MB engine head removal checklist, I specifically state
   "removal grade" drivers for pulling these screws on the car.  I
   have a FACOM set.  They are a tighter fit than the Snap-On
   set I used to use.

b) Clean the inside of the screw head _thoroughly_ and tap the driver
   home.

One of the drawbacks of the Dialynx manifold is the raised lettering
on the upper surface.  Makes this job even harder.
