4kq trunk spoiler

Due to the storms here in the midwest, Mother Nature decided to throw some
branches on my car.

The rear spoiler seems to be damaged insofar as the paint has been nicely
chipped and scraped.  All in all, it now looks ugly.  The trunk lid
suffered a light dent, but it is barely noticeable.  Some
buffing/polishing/elbow grease should get out the "tree branch material"
stains, but how about this spoiler?

Is this thing easy to paint?  It seems to be made out of some sort of
rubberized plastic or something.  Take it to a body shop and just point
and say "fix"?
