Re: Stuck Crank Bolt. Synchronizers. Ugh!



If the guy was using an extension or a wobble socket, or some combination of the
above, that's where all the torque went. IMPO, the correct tool is the only way
to go. Of course, I have one at the shop, making it easy for me to say that. The
point about the breaker bar with the extension is absolutely true. The tool,
BTW, fits more easily in the 90s than the 5Ks.
