I think that the easiest way to accomplish this is to cut a slight 
V-notch from the steering arms, bend them inboard, and weld them back 
up.  Its a simple weld, and that would accomplish the feat while 
decreasing ackerman only slightly.  You could also shorten the arm 
slightly to give the car quicker steering!  ;-)
