	i think a web site with a pretty comprehensive list of
	experiences and bad dealers might actually rattle the
	cages somewhere - maybe even AofA.  a dealer hall of shame, 
	with a ranking system for who is the worst.  i volunteer
	free web hosting space for this project, if someone is
	willing to compile and maintain the data.
