Re: Dealer dis-service award- Valley Motors
While I admit there doesn't seem to be an excuse for what happened, I have
had generally good luck with Valley. I've only ever dealt with the parts
and service depts, but I have yet to have a problem. I don't use their
service dept too often, but I've never had to make a return trip. I just
wish they had Saturday hours.
My parents on the other hand have tried the sales team on two seperate
occasions and were blown off (and turned off) both times. The sad part is
they went to a Saab dealership, got fair treatment, and paid cash.
Valley's loss. They're looking for another car, and would love an A4, but
won't even bother testdriving one from Valley. Just thought I'd say my piece.
