Guys- There are two sides to every issue, and at the risk of perpetuating this
thread let me say 1) I use this dealer and have had similar( worse)
experiences.2) Although I now do my own work (retired) there was a time when I
didn't have the time. Now that I do I still use them for warranty work, and
jobs like changing brake fluid that I choose to hire done because of the mess.
The negative comments were not a blanket indictment on all Audi dealers,but
this particular one. Take my word for it if you  use Valley Motors, remember
that old saying buyer beware.
