In principle, the codes were not re-used.  A given code always has the
same meaning, although not all ECUs produce all the codes.

One change I do know about - on the RR 20VT engine after ECU 857 907 404 with
a 'B' suffix - 2232 (Air mass/volume sensor G70/G19) was changed to
2324.

At this point 2413 was also added for 'Mixture control'.
