There is a cruise recall, but I am not sure what they fix on it.  As for
your windows, you probably have a leaking heater core if the windows stay
fogged up.  If after about a minute they clear up, it is just moisture on
the core or in the system.  There is also an airbag ground recall.  You can
call AoA and give them your vin and they can tell you what has been fixed
when it comes to recalls.
