ersatz S2, ONLINE!

Well, kudos to Ramana Lagemann, who, on the eve of departing for a UK rally
jaunt, just finished (to the extent any web site is ever finished) the
ersatz S2 pages.

These include descriptions of the project, part numbers, and discussion of
project options, as well as pictures.  Coming later will be more detail
pictures.

I still haven't double checked every part number, so check with me before
ordering anything.
