Ah.  Merkblatt 000.5147.31.00 re-iterates the factory specifications.

I use the "Gesamtspur" defined by the factory, but 5' more "Sturz".

So the front is -55' and the rear -35'.

Martin and I agree on the importance of the "Spur" (track) on the rear
axle - we have an agreement to ignore the 'total' value and work one
wheel at a time.
