My '89 100 does this a lot. Pop the rear seat bench out (two philips
screws); the pump is a black pump-looking thingy wrapped in padding
on the front passenger side corner of the seat. Unplug the electrical
connector, clean with a Q-tip, plug back in. Usually does the trick
for me. I do it about once a year now.
