pump. All the belts and covers come off with it in place.
The only _possible_ thing is that it may need to be moved to get the water
pump out, but I highly doubt it.
What flange did they break? An "ear" for mounting it? The pulley flange?
And just how the heck did they break it trying to unbolt it?!?!

Don't let them get away with charging you to replace it. Even if it was
really necessary to remove it to get to something, there's no excuse for
their busting it. They f****d up.
