AFAIK, the bumper has to come off to expose the screws holding the rear
trim. But the bumper is only held on by 6 nuts in the trunk, so it's
easy. Watch out, there is one plastic nut holding the side trims to the
rear one (underneath).

Glue. Theoretically not removable and reusable. About $400 for all six
peices on a Coupe, prolly more for the eight on a 4k. To remove you're
supposed to wind up the metal piece with pliers first, then carefully
cut the glue off the body with a special razor blade holder that
protects the paint.
