Timing belt advance one tooth - impressions.

Hello, folks.

Well, advancing my car's cam timing one tooth made it slow.
I just reverted the cam sprocket back to the stock timing mark - the car
now flies again.

Scott did warn that it does not work well on all cars, so it came as a
no surprise.
For those contemplating doing it (and it only takes 20min to pop the
timing belt off the cam sprocket and to put it back on), here's the info
about the car where it made the performance worse:

'89 200TQ, top mechanical health, MC-1, K26, 7.8:1, 2-piece EM, TAP
chip, 18psi.

BTW, with the 2-piece EM my car spools up the boost at about 2700 rpm
vs. 3500 stock. Judging by the seat-of-the-pants feel and according to
my analogue boost gauge.
