I saw somebody responding to another listers plastic upper radiator
hose neck braking on a 200, followed by some improvised repair
recomendations, so....

For anyone that is interested, Audi makes a repair kit for this.
I don't remember the p/n or the price, however, I think it was
cheap.  Anyway, it is a plastic extension that fits in what is 
left of your neck.

Easy install, I recomend you file what is left of your neck
down to a flat, even level, and clean the coolant residue out
with brake cleaner before epoxy the fix kit.
