I passed a fully loaded Coupe GT on the A46 near Coventry, and a
similarly laden Audi 80 on the island between the A14 and the M1.  In
both cases, the rapid passage of a black metallic ur-quattro with its
lights blazing caused what appeared to be a riot inside the cars.

Had a tussle with a WRX last night, too.  The styling is a bit 'in your
face', like the Sport, but it moves well.  Unfair to draw any conclusions -
it was a _very_ recently registered car, probably not run in and with
the driver not yet fully used to it.  All the same, impressive.
