a) Do you know what an exhaust tick sounds like?

b) Were the exhaust studs and nuts replaced when the work was done?

c) Is it any worse when the engine is run to full, thorough heat and
   then left to cool down for an hour?

d) Any white deposits around the exhaust -> joints?
