it simple: supply and demand.  if folks are buying for that price, that's
the market.  punters either "meet the market" or go away.

me, i'm still trying to figure out the rs2's for sale in the uk for 35k gbp.
that's a (4 year old) car which listed new in 1995 for 45k gbp.  22%
depreciation over 4 years ain't bad....

go figure...
