Jeff,
Check out your idle control valve. Its the thing that kind of looks like a
motor that sits right next to the valve cover.
The Bentley manual tells you how to check the valve, and the wires. There's
only three of them. The center wire is the power wire.
Also, check the fuse box; fuse 24 (or 27 ?? forgot) supplies power to the
valve. It is one of the fuses that is in a row end-to-end (-- -- --), not
back-to-back ( | | | ) .
