    You can buy WD-40 as a liquid. The stuff in the spray can is diluted
with a solvent which flashes off and only leaves a small amount of the
lubricant behind. The spray is good if you want a low viscosity liquid for
penetration, but it doesn't provide a lot of lubrication.
