No, the 4kq uses a 68 mm bearing in front ~38 mm ID the rear of the 4kq and
the 5kt use 75 mm bearings with `42 mm ID. FWIW the 82 mm bearings also have
the 42 mm ID.

F&R 447 407 615A  also 89-91 200t auto front

4kq
F 853 407 615 (for 68 mm bearing)
R 443 407 615A also 89/90 100 auto and 84-88 5k non-t front
