I'm sure Glen is right, provided you are driving on snow and ice. I understand
they are fairly squirmy on dry pavement.

Interesting skid pad data, Chris. This would account for my finding the
P210 Assimetricos AWESOME in the dry (for a snow tire). Also very
good in snow. I had a blast bombing around in last evening's snow storm
here along the Front Range. Ice? I would say adequate, as in way better
than a standard all-season tire, but certainly not up to Hakkapatooey
standards. You can't be terrific at everything.
