Door Locks

Qlist-
Power locks on my 84 4ks only work when they feel like it!
I can live w/o them but I have 2 problems on diver's side:
1) Front door will be unlocked but the button sometimes needs
to be pulled up more in order to open the door,
2) Rear door appears o be locke but the door will still open!
