Trick to torquing 4kq koni adj. strut nuts?

Hi Todd,

Is there a trick to properly torquing both the slotted nut and top nut
which holds the strut assembies into a 4kq?

With the adjustable Konis, there isn't a allen wrench hole on the end of
the shaft.  There is a flat spot, but the slotted nut tool is too tall to
allow access to that.  Vise grips on the shaft were totally ineffective.

Any suggestions?  I copied this to the list in hopes someone there may have
done this (properly) before.
