91 200q suspension?

My 91 200q has 88k miles on it, only 24k of which have been put there by me. So I have no frame of reference for suspension when the car was new vs. now. It feels rather wallowy and boat-like (reminds me of older Detroit iron).
My questions are: 1. What is likely to be worn out? struts? bushings? springs? All of the above?
2. Should I replace with OEM or aftermarket? A little more firm than stock is fine, but I'm not interested in a harsh ride. Thanks. I know people like Sarge have BTDT on the 91, and I suspect that people like Graydon and the Scotts, and the Shadow can comment as well.
