re: rear fog light/front fog

I have a '98 with the front fog lights built into the headlights.  I
also live in an area with no streetlights and lots of deer (so many in
fact that they are culling 250 of them from the herds)..  I drive with
the front fogs on all the time because I can see a lot better.  Before I
started using them, I did use a costly device to verify that they were
aimed properly - - my garage door.  They line up lower than the
headlights.  Not once have I had someone blink their highs at me to
signal they were uncomfortable with my lights.  In my mind, using the
fogs to increase visability to each side is a valid use of front fogs.
