V8 Quattro 5 speed question.

I did ask about this before and I got conflicting answers.

I'm going to put Redline in the tranny on my 5 Speed V8Q but

what weight? One suggestion was MTL 75w-90 and another was

MT-90. As far as I know, the oil in there now is nothing special.

I also belive that I need 3 quarts, right?
