Yes, the first site offers various part CDs. The price is 200 Roubles each
(anyone has currency convertion table handy? I think it's only couple of
bucks). They say they can theoretically provide shipping to anywhere in the
world, but there are problems with intertational money transfers. They say
it's best if you have family or friends in Russia who can transfer funs
locally.
The site also has installation instrucions. They say ETKA should install
with no problems on Win95, if you have WinNT you need to manually copy one
file... there's no mention of any copy protection. Guess the CDs are the
cracked versions already.

Second site is similar... ETKA and ETOS cost $50 each or you can get all
the CDs they offer for $700 :-) Unfortunately, there's no information on
whether they can provide shipping. They only give their e-mail and pager
number (suspicious).

Perhaps one of our better Russian speaking listers (Igor?) could try to
contact one of these sites administrators and get some more info? I haven't
spoken nor written Russian for ages.
