Sorry I couldn't get back to you regarding the relay pin out and jumper
earlier today but I left for the day shortly after posting that last
message. I see that you have determined that all of the injectors are primed
and delivering fuel. The fact that you can only make the car run by manually
lifting the plate, now that you have tested for prime, can only be a lack of
vacuum to the sensor plate. Check to make sure you have the boot seated
properly around the sensor housing and the intake. Also, many of the boots
have fittings with crankcase vent tubes etc attached on the underside that
can become dislodged after futzin with the boot. This has got to be a vacuum
leak situation. Our 86 4kq is due home in 20 minutes. I'll take a peek to
refresh my view point.
