ETKA CD

As you can suspect, I got a lot of requests... But as I live in Europe
(Eastern Europe - Latvia) It will be quite pricey to send a copy to USA to
everyone.
I'll ask local post office what's the price is, to send a CD to USA, and
perhaps I'll send to Richard Beels, who said, has a couple of CD burners,
and may be he can copy them and send to other ones localy (a lot cheaper
perhaps).
If Richard doesn't have a time to copy them, may be some other can do it -
write me. 
Sorry for not answering to each of you individualy - I really had a lot of
mails, and I cant answer them all. I'll let you know whom and when I'll
send a copy.
Btw, If somebody has a good / fast internet connection, may be I can find a
place where I can place this CD on FTP / WWW (some 500mb)... and than you
can copy it on CD ??
