Boge In, Porpoise Out

Hi all,

Just changed the front struts out on my 5KCSTQ with Boge Turbo Gas based on
recommendations from der List. The old fronts were very very dead, and as
a result the car would stand on its nose on hard braking. As a matter of
fact, upon removal the right front could be pulled to full extension, and
letting go it would quickly collapse into the cylinder.

New struts and mounting plates went in very quickly, about the half hour
per side Dave Head mentioned in a previous post. The car is transformed
from wallowing on lane changes to pretty doggone flat. Anyone with 100K on
the original struts I would highly recommend doing it now, you'd be amazed
at what you are missing.

And yes, I did cheat and buy the proper tools from Zellenda. This car is
better than a therapist, I'm stress free when the job is finished.
