Great, Christian.
Now, after shutting one down, just how far do you now have to drive for
dealer service? Perhaps you are lucky and have a second dealer somewhere
near.
In my case my "local" dealer is 60 miles away. If I should "succeed" in
closing him down then it will be about 120 miles to my (then) local dealer.
Some success! :-)
Personally, I'd prefer that some sort of minimum standards for service be
imposed, not just shutting down an offending dealership. In fact, I'd be
happy to testify to my local dealer's fraudulent billing practices. An
example of fraudulent billing? $301 for a part which was *not* installed,
only paid for (by me). We went a few rounds over that one.
