turbo cooling

i had to do this job on mine last year. the short pipe from around the block
on the drivers side was leaking...it turned out to be a banjo bolt end with
a swaged -on metal fitting holding a short piece of hose. i removed the
piece from the car and hacksawed off the swaged piece. this revealed that
the tube which formed part of the banjo bolt fitting, had a bulged area at
its end enabling the use of a standard bit of hose with a hose clamp.
reinstalling it in the cramped area requires the ability to work upside down
and backwards with your eyes closed...and a colourful vocabulary.
